What role is on offer:
We are looking for a People and Culture Business Partner to have a focus on strategic initiatives such as leadership, talent, performance and workforce planning as well as providing guidance on day to day people matters and complex ER and IR matters.
Reporting to the National People and Culture Manager, the People and Culture Business Partner will be responsible for Care Communities across the Sydney and NSW North region. This role will be working closely with our Care Community leaders to deliver an amazing service to our residents and team members.
Who you are:
You are passionate about building relationships to making a difference to workplace and being part of a role that focuses on engagement, workforce planning, talent and performance, and leadership.
You are tertiary qualified and can demonstrate strong generalist human resource and industrial relations experience over the last 5 to 10 years.
This role will inspire you everyday to deliver on Opal’s purpose ‘to bring joy to those we care for’ while challenging your abilities to operate and multitask within a large complex service focused business.
