Armadale Place Care Community is located in the picturesque Darling Ranges just 20km from the Perth CBD, We offer a warm and inclusive home where everyone is welcome and connection is at the heart of our care. We care for 73 residents at Armadale Place and we are looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join our team.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Deliver the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to our residents.
• Provide clinical guidance and coordinate the care team
• Create and review care plans and escalate any issues of concern
• Develop and maintain positive resident/family and team relationships
