Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Lead, you will be comfortable diving into a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and effective communications that support successful integrations and foster organisational alignment.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal or marketing communications, with a focus on corporate affairs, preferably with experience in operational and cultural integration programs
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies for complex initiatives, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences and channels
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies, change management principles, and best practices related to operational and cultural integration programs
