About the role:

Your role will be fundamental in developing our outbound email communications program and integrating programs with Marketo that support our sales, recruitment and events teams. You will be confident producing campaigns, assets, programs and A/B testing, in a timely manner. Establishing segmented audiences, tracking attributes and behaviours of known and unknown customers, improving processes and ensuring compliance, database hygiene and campaign reporting and refining.

As our Marketo admin champion you will be our enabler, documenter, trainer, troubleshooter, data guardian, process analyst and automation strategist.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least 3 years’ demonstrated experience using marketing automation platforms –preferably Marketo Engage in a data-driven marketing role.
  • Experience building tailored, trigger-based campaign journeys and landing pages and measuring and refining their performance.
  • Ability to integrate other programs to the automation platform for the purpose of personalisation and audience segmentation.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle journeys, lead scoring and lead generation.
  • Skills in CRM, data warehouses, web, chat, webinars/events, SMS, paid media, social and other mediums.
  • Excellent analytical capability to drive continual efficiencies and performance from marketing campaigns.
  • Desire to pro-actively collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in HTML & CSS would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of CDPs highly regarded.
  • Collaborate with Martech teams to leverage new capabilities within the platform.
  • Collaborate with our content team for copy, creative and other assets.
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment.
