Based at our Bayview Treetops Care Community this exciting opportunity is for a passionate individual. You will lead the delivery of Meaningful Life through meaningful engagement, social connection and participation in events and activities in the Care Community that enhance residents’ social, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.

Permanent Full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Managing the execution and implementation of activities and programs
• Liaising with residents to develop activities that meet their needs interests
• Working to deliver Opal’s Meaningful Life Program Initiatives
• Assisting with social outings, activities and transportation
• Tertiary qualifications in business, management or allied health
• Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
• Previous experience in delivery of programs and events
• Previous aged care experience (desirable)
