About the opportunity:

Opal HealthCare is looking for Registered Nurses with all levels of experience that are looking to the South Coast of New South Wales! Located in beautiful Denhams Beach. Only hours away from Sydney and located on the coast!

• Permanent Full-time positions available
• Up to $95k base + Penalty Rates + Super
• Loyalty bonus of up to 10k for full time RNs and pro rated for part time. This is in addition to the government funded Registered Nurse bonus

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Deliver the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to our residents.
• Provide clinical guidance and coordinate the care team
• Create and review care plans and escalate any issues of concern
• Develop and maintain positive resident/family and team relationships
