Mandurah Coast Care Community is located in the coastal town of Mandurah, We are looking for a passionate Maintenance Officer to join our team, this role is providing routine maintenance and repairs for the care community and grounds with compliance to WHS regulations ensure the care community is kept in excellent condition for the residents.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
• Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
• Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
• Liaison with external contractors where required
• Lawn and garden maintenance as required
• Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
