Wellbeing Manager - Applecross Shore Care Community

Applecross Shore Care Community is located 10 minutes from Freo, Curtin and Murdoch Universities and only 15 minutes from Perth CBD. We are looking for a passionate Wellbeing Manager to lead the social wellbeing of our residents whilst support the Social Activities Coordinators.  

Permanent Full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

  • Base salary: $65,998k to $78,546k p.a. (depending on CC Size experience level) + 11% Super.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

  • Managing the execution and implementation of activities and programs
  • Liaising with residents to develop activities that meet their needs interests
  • Working to deliver Opal’s Meaningful Life Program Initiatives
  • Assisting with social outings, activities and transportation
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management or allied health
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Previous experience in delivery of programs and events
  • Previous aged care experience (desirable)
